Job Summary:
We seek two dynamic and experienced Recruiters to join our team.
- Recruiter (5 years of experience): This recruiter will focus on sourcing, screening, and managing placements while building strong client relationships.
- Senior Recruiter (10 years of experience): This recruiter will take on a more strategic role, leading complex searches, driving business development, and mentoring junior team members.
The ideal candidates will work as part of a team to source accounting and auditing professionals with consulting and industry experience for full-time & interim accounting and finance support and work directly with the clients and SOAProjects Partners on open job orders. Additionally, this role involves maintaining strong client relationships, pursuing new business opportunities, and driving sales efforts. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide full life-cycle recruitment support by sourcing, screening, selecting, and making decisions on hiring or placements.
- You will and manage all candidate submittals, follow-up, coordination of interviews and offer negotiations.
- Select qualified candidates to fulfill internal openings or client job orders and maintain ongoing contact on the assignments to maintain client satisfaction.
- Overseeing the strategy and implementation of customer relations activities, planning and coordinating the expansion into new markets, and acquisition of new clients.
- Analyze opportunities for lead generation to identify potential clients and ensure their satisfaction.
- Act as a Strategic Advisor to the clients we support and be able to communicate their brand story to potential candidates.
- Promote the company's accounting and auditing services, customizing solutions to align with the objectives of prospective leads.
- Schedule meetings with potential clients and offer reliable feedback and after-sales support.
- Maintain records of sales and revenue and provide sales-related feedback to company leadership.
- Develop a deep understanding of our professional services and clients' needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or commensurate job experience in related field), required.
- Proven recruitment experience in agency or executive search environments.
- Strong track record of successful placements and client relationship management.
- Previous experience in a Big 4 firm or other accounting professional services is highly advantageous.
- Experience with any Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Role 1: Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, include full life-cycle recruiting, required
- Role 2: Minimum 10 years of recruitment experience, with demonstrated leadership and business development skills.
Salary range: DOE, plus Commission Plan.
