We are looking for a motivated Full-Stack Software Engineering Intern to gain hands-on experience building, improving, and supporting internal software tools in a fast-paced agency environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real business problems through code and wants exposure to the full software development and marketing processes.
Experience with tools or technologies such as React, Streamlit, Docker, GitHub, AWS, or other cloud platforms is a plus but not required.
This internship provides the opportunity to work on real internal applications that support agency operations, creative teams, and client services while gaining practical software engineering experience.
- Develop and improve internal web applications and software tools
- Build and maintain front-end interfaces and back-end functionality
- Assist with integrating APIs, databases, automation workflows, and third-party services
- Debug, test, and optimize existing applications
- Help deploy and maintain applications in cloud or containerized environments
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Document code, application logic, and development processes
- Explore new technologies and recommend improvements to existing tools and workflows
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience with one or more programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
- Prior work experience of some kind preferred
- Familiarity with web development concepts, APIs, databases, Git, and version control
- Interest in full-stack development, cloud technologies, automation, and AI-enabled applications
- Eagerness to learn and get integrated within an omnichannel marketing environment
- Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively with others in a fast environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Expectation of being in person 15-20 hours a week
