We're Growing the Soake Pools Sales Team!
Soake Pools is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to help grow our presence across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming.
This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys working with homeowners, landscape designers, builders, architects, and outdoor living professionals while representing a premium product that is transforming backyards across North America.
At Soake Pools, we design and manufacture luxury precast concrete plunge pools that can be enjoyed year-round. Our sales team guides customers through the planning process while building strong partnerships throughout their territory.
What we're looking for:
• Proven consultative sales experience
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Self-motivated and organized with the ability to work independently
• Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
We're particularly interested in candidates with experience in outdoor living, landscaping, pools, hardscaping, luxury home products, construction, or related industries.
Location:
We would ideally like to hire someone located within the territory (WA, OR, ID, MT, or WY). However, we are open to considering exceptional candidates from outside the region who have a strong track record of managing remote territories and building relationships across multiple states.
