Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and others to increase audience engagement and brand awareness.
- Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts aligned with branding guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities; analyze insights to inform content strategy.
- Manage social media scheduling using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent posting schedules.
- Design visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to support marketing campaigns.
- Execute targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads and other digital channels to reach specific audiences effectively.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve organic reach on search engines.
- Track web analytics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance; prepare reports for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Owner and Sales teams to coordinate outreach efforts that enhance brand reputation.
- Engage with followers through comments, messages, and community interactions to foster positive relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms’ algorithms, advertising options (including Facebook Advertising), and management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and web analytics (Google Analytics).
- Familiarity with social listening tools and strategies for reputation management.
- Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and editing.
- Ability to create engaging multimedia content including photography and video editing.
- Experience in branding strategies, relationship management, and public relations is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
