Job Type: 26-35 hours per week, not to exceed 40 hours, partial hybrid Manager position

Location Manager position reports directly to the COO, and will be responsible for: Guest Services and Staff Management. We are looking for a Candidate with the expectation of employment longevity, and are inviting serious inquiries only, please.

Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of managerial, sales and customer service experience is required.
- HR/Staff Management experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to a variety of audiences
- Ability to professionally respond to guest and employee concerns in a timely manner
- Ability to learn and uphold the operational dynamics of Soak on the Sound
- Ability to run on time; both personally and with Soak responsibilities and timelines
- An eye for proactive problem resolution
- Detailed oriented on all levels of responsibility
- Proven leadership skills when working alongside management teams and guest service staff
- Skilled at fielding guest concerns and comments with calm kindness and discretion when
necessary

Daily Operations
- Oversee Daily Operations of Soak on the Sound
- Guest Experience Quality Assurance
- Manage Guest Relations
- Soak on the Sound harmony and appearance
- Daily Facility Management
- Cleanliness
- Enforce Soak Policies
- Ensure Public Safety
- Respond to Emergent Issues
- Manage Daily E-communications from Guests and Business Requests, with COO support
- Uphold state licensing regulations
- Onsite cash management
- Maximize Occupancy and sales
- Manage Some Accounts Receivable & Payable
- Oversee Guest Service Staff
- Monthly Schedule Creation and Management
- Field call-outs, vacation requests, shift trades, maintain adequate staffing
- Employee performance reviews
- Hiring / terminating with COO support
- Initiates Interview and Hiring Process of Guest Service Staff
- Various Human Resource responsibilities
- Participates in a weekly meeting with COO, either via zoom or in person
- Responsible to perform 2ish Guest Service Staff shifts weekly
