About Us
Founded in 2015, So Love Autistic Center is an established ABA clinic and early learning program serving young children with autism (ages 2–8) in the tri-county area. We specialize in 1:1 ABA therapy and group-based interventions rooted in the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), delivered both in-clinic and in the community.

Position Summary
As a BCBA/LBS at So Love Autistic Center, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the lives of young children with autism. You’ll work closely with families, supervise ABA therapy, and ensure that every child receives individualized, evidence-based care that leads to lasting outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans for children ages 2–8.
- Supervising and mentoring ABA therapists to ensure high-quality implementation of therapy.
- Collaborating with families to promote skill generalization across home, school, and community settings.
- Tracking progress and making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
- Adhering to IBHS guidelines and maintaining compliance with Medicaid and private insurance requirements.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone with:
- BCBA or LBS certification (required).
- 3 years of experience in providing ABA services to children.
- A passion for evidence-based care and a commitment to long-term success for children and families.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
