What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vacation Rental Cleaner position at So Fresh & So Clean?
Weekend availablility required
Reliable vehicle required
Daily driving required
Having a vehicle is crucial. You will be driving to rental properties to clean (Paid drive time)
Job Duties (divided amongst cleaners on site):
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Scrub/sanitize sinks, bathtubs, showers, and toilets
- Empty trash, scrub oven, sanitize appliances, sinks, countertops, etc
- Wash & squeegee windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Change bed linens and towels, and do laundry occasionally
- Carpet stain removal
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs
- Assist with housekeeping management duties as assigned
Experience:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work INDEPENDENTLY
- Excellent time management skills to ensure cleans are completed on time.
- Cleaning experience preferred
