Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, commercial offices, hotels, or public spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness by executing detailed floor care procedures such as carpet cleaning and floor polishing
- Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed to promote a healthy environment for clients and staff
- Manage custodial tasks such as trash removal, restroom sanitation, and supply replenishment
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally
- Support housekeeping management with scheduling, inventory checks, and quality inspections when needed
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning services, janitorial work or custodial roles; hotel or residential cleaning experience is highly valued
- Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and cleaning techniques for various surfaces and environments
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, carpet extractors, floor buffers, and steam cleaners
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to handle laundry processes efficiently and manage time effectively during shifts
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and housekeeper management is a plus
