We ship everywhere across the country and take pride in running a tight, efficient operation. We're looking for a strong leader to supervise our warehouse team and keep everything running smoothly.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping coordination
- Lead, supervise, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure orders are pulled, packed, and staged accurately and on time
- Manage inbound and outbound freight shipments including LTL, UPS, and local deliveries
- Ensure all orders are processed correctly and posted to the warehouse board for fulfillment
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts
- Enforce warehouse safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized facility
- Work closely with the sales and operations team to prioritize orders and resolve fulfillment issues
- Coordinate with freight carriers and logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3 years of warehouse experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role
- Experience in building materials, fencing, or related industry a strong plus
- Forklift certified or able to obtain certification
- Strong attention to detail — accuracy on every order is non-negotiable
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
- Reliable, accountable, and able to lead by example
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) REQUIRED
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
