The Operations Director will serve as a key leadership partner to the Executive Director (ED), helping turn vision into execution across the organization. We are a lean and fast-moving ministry. This role exists to take everything operational off the ED's plate from day one – so he can spend 80% of his time on leadership, fundraising, strategic growth, and partnerships. The Operations Director will own the build-out of the internal systems, workflows, and infrastructure needed to support scalable growth (project management, legal, mission trip logistics, HR, communications, reporting, and international programming).
You’re an A-player who:
- Thrives behind the scenes, energized by executing vision, building systems, and helping organizations run effectively.
- Has scaled workflows and operations in a fast-paced environment with multiple moving parts – and can point to specific systems you built and the measurable lift they produced.
- Can lead from both strategy and service – thinking big picture while ensuring day-to-day execution happens with excellence.
- Takes ownership, solves problems proactively, and does not require constant oversight.
- Is known for being dependable, organized, and calm under pressure.
Bonus achievements that set you apart:
- Experience working in a nonprofit leadership, ministry, startup, missions organization, or entrepreneurial environment
- Some sort of Bible education or degree
- Direct experience managing international operations/logistics/remote teams
- Fluency in modern operating tools (project management, AI workflow automation, finance/HR stacks)...looking for a builder.
- Motivated by the Great Commission to share the love of God with every person in every part of the world
- Within 90 days: full operational handoff from the ED, with documented systems running every recurring workflow
- Within 12 months: BTEA operates with measurably greater clarity, speed, and scalability.
- The ED's calendar is unmistakably freed up for fundraising, strategy, and partnerships

- #5 - The job’s not finished
Over the next 10 years, we are aiming to:

ABOUT BTEABTEA exists to fuel and saturate the Gospel across Southeast Asia. Evangelism is our focus. Saturation is our model.
In 1985, Bob Tebow felt called to preach the Gospel to every man, woman, boy and girl in the Philippines. Learning he couldn’t accomplish this on his own, Bob founded the Bob Tebow Evangelistic Association (BTEA) to build a team of local evangelists to saturate southeast Asia with the Gospel message. Over the last 40 years, God has allowed BTEA to reach 40M people through our team of local Evangelists and mission trips. We are a legacy organization in the middle of a rebuild, combining the discipline of an established ministry with the speed and ambition of a startup. To learn more visit: www.btea.org
*Please note: We are a separate non-profit entity from the Tim Tebow Foundation (TTF). Donations to TTF do not fund this organization. For other ministry employment opportunities available with the Tim Tebow Foundation, please visit timtebowfoundation.org.
