Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all electrical service operations, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

• Recruit, train, and lead a top-performing electrical team

• Foster a positive, ethical, and value-driven sales culture

• Manage departmental P&L, ensuring revenue and profit targets are met

• Conduct coaching, performance evaluations, and regular team meetings

• Supervise dispatch operations to align the right technicians with the right jobs

• Create and manage technician schedules

• Approve departmental payroll and manage workforce logistics

• Respond to customer concerns, feedback, and service requests

• Promote and maintain a safe, positive, and collaborative work environment

• Ensure team compliance with all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of management or leadership experience (Required)

• Strong sales and interpersonal skills

• Residential electrical experience (Preferred)

• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software (Preferred)

• Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a clean driving record

• Must pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screening

Compensation- $70,000- $120,000/annually

Salary : $70,000 - $120,000
