Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our dynamic HVAC and plumbing company. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Your expertise will ensure that water systems, drainage, and related infrastructure operate efficiently and safely, adhering to all local building codes and safety standards. Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage pipes, fixtures, and appliances in residential and commercial settings
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately execute plumbing layouts
- Conduct plumbing inspections using specialized cameras and testing equipment to identify issues and verify system integrity
- Perform drain cleaning using manual or power tools to clear blockages and ensure proper flow
- Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, materials, and personnel to various job sites
- Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, welding equipment, and other mechanical tools efficiently for installation and repairs
- Adhere to all safety protocols, local building codes, and industry standards while working on construction sites or remodeling projects
Requirements
- Proven construction experience with a strong background in plumbing installation and maintenance
- Knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems along with HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) basics
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and schematics accurately
- Skilled in pipe threading, welding, drain cleaning, and the use of hand tools and power tools
- Experience with plumbing inspection cameras and schematics for troubleshooting complex issues
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations governing plumbing work
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely during heavy lifting tasks; carpentry or handyman experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating heavy machinery or commercial vehicles preferred
- Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members
