Snyder Kearney, LLC, the leading provider of independent due diligence services to broker-dealers and registered investment advisors in the alternative investment industry, seeks a legal professional to join its multidisciplinary team. Position involves participating in due diligence reviews of interval funds, non-traded REITs, non-traded BDCs, private equity funds, DSTs, and other publicly and privately offered alternative investment products.

Qualifications include:

  • Law degree, with a preference for undergraduate/graduate degree in finance, accounting, economics or similar discipline.
  • Legal or financial services experience with securities offerings, alternative investments or similar relevant field preferred; however, will consider motivated recent graduates and/or entry-level applicants.
  • Should be admitted to the bar in at least one jurisdiction with active license.

Firm has a remote work environment (with some occasional travel possible) and offers competitive compensation package including health insurance with employer-paid premium for individual coverage; 401(k) plan with employer contributions; and paid time off and holidays.
