- Strong experience with Florida insurance carriers
- Experienced Personal Lines Account Manager
- Familiarity with Applied Epic
- Experience working with ASNOA is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Florida homeowners and personal lines insurance
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- A self-starter who takes ownership and gets things done
- Florida insurance experience is required
