Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains CNC equipment and CNC machine tools
- Experience in CNC controls, electrical schematics and ladder logic is required
- Performs mechanic skills and diagnosis of problems including, but not limited to, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic applications and electrical
- Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
- Performs regular preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities
- Detects faulty operations, defective material, and reports those along with any unusual situations to the proper supervision
- Complies with safety regulations in all aspects of performing job responsibilities
