Responsibilities
• Work closely with the service department to provide timely and accurate service following company standards and procedures• Travel to customers’ homes to diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing systems• Identify and communicate plumbing issues with customers• Maintain a fully stocked inventory for each job• Document work performed by following company procedures• Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions
Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in residential and light commercial plumbing service and repair (equivalent experience and transferable skills will be considered)• Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a clean record• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening (subject to applicable law)• Demonstrates commitment to professional growth and continuous learning
