This role is responsible for overseeing daily installation operations, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise HVAC Installation Technicians and helpers to ensure high-quality installations and performance
- Conduct field quality control and safety inspections on all installations
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation and system start-up issues
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development to technicians on technical skills, customer service, and company standards
- Collaborate with service, dispatch, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure efficient and timely project completion
- Plan, schedule, and forecast installation workload and staffing needs
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including callbacks and customer satisfaction
- Address escalated customer concerns and ensure prompt, professional resolution
- Lead team meetings and reinforce safety practices, expectations, and company initiatives
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture aligned with Snyder’s core values
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and system start-up experience (heating and cooling systems)
- Proven ability to coach, train, and develop technicians
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
