Back Office Analyst 1

Snyder Brothers, Inc. Gas Marketing,

located in Kittanning, is currently looking for a fulltime Natural Gas Retail Back Office Analyst.

Essential Functions:

• Generate invoices for multiple types of customers (wholesale, retail, house gas, etc.)
• Evaluate accuracy of invoices for new customers (rates, tax exemptions, etc.)
• Maintain accurate utility file records (billing, enrollment response, customer list, etc.)
• Process customer enrollments and changes
• Analyze customer usage data
• Develop systems to manage utility files
• Generate monthly billing reports
• Review sales tax rates on a quarterly basis
• Data entry and deal extensions
• Customer service surrounding billing and enrollments
• Maintain a good working relationship with brokers and counterparties

Minimum Qualifications:

· Associates Degree in Business or related major, Bachelors Degree preferred

· High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office

· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to work in a fast paced environment

· Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
