Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily plumbing service operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistent customer satisfaction
- Coach, mentor, and develop Service Technicians and team leaders to improve performance and career growth
- Partner cross-functionally with dispatch, installation, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor key performance metrics and forecasted goals; take proactive action to meet or exceed targets
- Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely, professional, and long-term resolution
- Lead regular team meetings focused on performance, training, safety, and company initiatives
- Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and performance management to team members
- Promote and reinforce Snyder’s commitment to safety in all operations and training
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture aligned with Snyder’s core values
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, service delivery, and team performance
- Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience
- At least 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience managing plumbing teams
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a focus on team development
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to analyze performance data and make strategic decisions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with technology and service management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
