The New York State Automobile Dealers Association (NYSADA), located in downtown Albany, is seeking an experienced, motivated sales professional to lead and grow our dealer services operation. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to work directly with franchised automobile dealerships throughout New York State while representing a respected statewide industry association.
The successful candidate will manage dealer service relationships and drive sales of dealership supplies, business forms, promotional products, branded apparel, and value-added services to our membership network.
We are looking for a highly organized, customer-focused professional who thrives on building relationships, delivering exceptional service, and identifying sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with automobile dealerships across New York State
- Manage and support dealer services sales operations
- Promote and sell dealership forms, supplies, promotional items, apparel, and related services
- Conduct outbound sales calls and follow-up communications
- Assist with inventory management, order processing, and account support
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent member satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience with strong customer relationship skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Professional, energetic, and self-motivated personality
- Accounting and inventory management experience preferred
- Automotive dealership experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
