Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
Experience:
- 2 years of experience in financial administration, accounting, or business operations
- Experience in a university or nonprofit setting preferred; University experience ideal
- Experience with Oracle, Workday, Concur, GEMS
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple financial processes and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Responsibilities:
- Partner with Senior Director to support annual budgeting, forecasting, and program-level financial modeling in UCPlan and related systems.
- Process and monitor invoices, payments, transfers, and procurement requests using University systems (Oracle, Workday, Concur, GEMS).
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, reconciliations, and documentation across multiple programs.
- Ensure compliance through accurate record-keeping and timely journal entries or cost corrections.
