Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their visit
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, beverages, and light food items with precision and care
• POS
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling and food preparation procedures
• Assist with food service tasks such as food prep, serving, and ensuring quality presentation
• Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness
• Handle customer inquiries professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction

Skills

• Proven experience with café operations or food service environments
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Excellent time management to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling, and basic math for cash handling
• Ability to work well as part of a team in a lively café atmosphere
• Basic understanding of the food industry standards for serving quality products
