Rapidly growing Milwaukee based property management company in search of a skilled maintenance and flip teammate. Duties include but not liming to, minor pluming, minor electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting. Must have own tools and vehicle as well as the ability to work independently, 40 hours per week minimum, willingness to learn and to teach and a commitment to the SNSHN team. $25-30/hr depending on your abilities and job quality. Health benefits available. Weekend work available. Experienced only please.
