Duties
- Supervise all kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure high-quality standards are met consistently
- Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability
- Oversee food safety compliance by implementing proper handling procedures and maintaining cleanliness according to health regulations
- Lead staff training initiatives to develop culinary skills, ensure adherence to recipes, and promote excellent customer service
- Coordinate shift management by scheduling staff efficiently and ensuring smooth operational flow during peak hours
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to foster team growth and motivation
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation and cooking
- Demonstrated management skills with experience supervising hospitality teams and managing restaurant operations
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Extensive knowledge of food safety management practices and food industry regulations
- Previous experience in fine dining or casual dining settings
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills for team training, interviewing, and staff development
- Ability to handle inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and shift management effectively
- Hospitality management background with experience managing hospitality teams in hotel or restaurant settings is desirable
