About the Role
Snowville Creamery is looking for reliable, hard-working team members to join our production team. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, supporting the production of high-quality dairy products from start to finish.

What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate production equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow detailed procedures to ensure product quality and consistency
- Cross-train across multiple stations (milk fillers, yogurt fillers, pasteurizers, etc.)
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the shift
- Complete end-of-day cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas
- Work closely with your team to keep production running smoothly

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and be active for most of the shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the day
- Ability to complete physically demanding cleaning tasks at the end of shifts
Additional Information
- Experience in food production or manufacturing is a plus, but not required
- Training will be provided
