- Housing: Affordable on-mountain employee housing available for rent.

- Pay: $16 per hour
- Start Date: The end of November and beginning of December with positions available throughout the season.
- Seasonal: Seasonal work involves temporary employment tied to specific times of the year.

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate communication between kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Inspect each dish for accuracy, presentation, and portion size before it leaves the kitchen.
- Prioritize tickets/orders and keep track of multiple tables/orders at once.
- Ensure food safety standards are maintained during handling and plating.
- Communicate with servers about any changes, delays, or special requests.
- Assist with garnishing and final touches on dishes when needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized expo station
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, preferably as an expeditor or in another kitchen/front-of-house role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and kitchen operations.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs if needed.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
