- Housing: Affordable on-mountain employee housing available for rent.
- Work Location: 10 Snowshoe Drive, Snowshoe, WV 26209
- Pay: $20.90 per hour
- Start Date: The end of November and beginning of December
- This is a Full Time Year Round position
- This position is benefit eligible after the first 30 days of employment.
- Schedule: May require working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all federal/state codes (including NEC), insurance, and manufacturer requirements.
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and testing on all equipment to ensure safe, efficient operation.
- Maintain and ensure all buildings and grounds electrical equipment is operating properly, efficiently, and safely.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Support other departments (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, snowmaking, lifts, etc.) with electrical needs.
- Maintain and repair high-voltage lines, switches, and transformers.
- Record and document all maintenance activities accurately, including work orders and inventory use.
- Monitor operations across facilities (housekeeping, bar, restaurant) and suggest improvements when needed.
- Stay current through training, manuals, and professional communication with peers and sister resorts.
- Maintain clean, safe workspaces and follow all safety policies, including PPE usage and attendance at safety meetings.
- Provide courteous, helpful service to guests and assist them or other staff as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support operational goals.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Experience:
- 2 years as an electrician with license, 1-year experience with 480 volt and 15,000 volt equipment
