- Work Location: 10 Snowshoe Drive, Snowshoe, WV 26209
- Pay: $17.00 per hour
- Start Date: The end of November and beginning of December with positions available throughout the season.
- Seasonal: Seasonal work involves temporary employment tied to specific times of the year.
- Schedule: May require working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Responsibilities:
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly objectives for staff
- Direct, monitor, and coach employees to ensure safety and exceptional service
- Design and maintain Terrain Park features in coordination with snowmaking, grooming, and the Terrain Park Manager
- Oversee guest interactions and implement a guest survey system for quality assurance
- Ensure accurate and current Terrain Park Log entries; train employees on documentation
- Maintain park aesthetics, including trash pickup, tower pad adjustments, and facility cleanliness
- Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure adherence to manufacturer recommendations
- Schedule employees to ensure adequate park coverage
- Follow M.T.I. practices, including feedback, performance reviews, and coaching
- Assist with contest coordination, including setup, judging, and event support
Driving:
- Have a valid Driver's license and ability to pass the Snowshoe Driving Program
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Experience:
- Must be an expert skier/snowboarder and have the ability to ride the terrain park
- 2 years supervisory experience
- Knowledge of terrain park operations and construction
- Basic computer skills
