- Housing: Affordable on-mountain employee housing available for rent.
- Work Location: 10 Snowshoe Drive, Snowshoe, WV 26209
- Pay: $15.25 per hour
- Start Date: The end of November and beginning of December with positions available throughout the season.
- This is a Flex Position Flex position for 9-11 months per year; you can use your off months to travel or visit friends and family!
- Schedule: May require working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls; maintain up-to-date contact directories
- Dispatch emergency situations to appropriate departments promptly
- Maintain current knowledge of resort operations; communicate professionally via radio and phone
- Keep accurate records of radio units, phone systems, and resort personnel
- Assist departments by paging or radioing staff as needed
- Ensure confidentiality of all customer and employee information
- Monitor weather alerts via online tools and Thor-Guard system; communicate updates
- Log phone issues and report to IT help desk
- Maintain accurate database forms and system entries
- Operate and monitor CCTV systems; report suspicious activity
- Secure the Dispatch Office and monitor alarm/access control systems
- Attend training sessions to stay current on protocols and technology
- Comply with all regulations and uphold resort standards
- Support team operations and assist with additional tasks as needed
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Experience:
- Intermediate computer knowledge is required
- Complete a passing score on the Central Station Operator Course Level One within six months of hire date.
