Key Responsibilities
- Develop process flows using Visio or Lucidchart.
- Work within Jira and Confluence for documentation, requirements, and workflow tracking.
- Perform operational analysis across different business units to identify issues, gather requirements, and translate needs into technical solutions.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Engage with executive-level stakeholders — strong presentation and communication skills are critical.
- Prior BA experience with Cox Communications is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Strong analytical and operational problem-solving skills.
- Ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to leadership.
