Residences Housekeeper
Location: Snowmass Club | Snowmass Village, CO
- Status: Full-Time | Non-Exempt
Reports to: Executive Housekeeper

Snowmass Club is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Room Attendant to ensure guest rooms are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation—creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our members and guests.

What You'll Do
Leadership
- Promote a positive, professional, and team-focused workplace culture.
Cleaning & Stocking
- Stock Room Attendant carts and hand caddies.
- Strip and remake beds with fresh linens.
- Empty wastebaskets and ashtrays.
- Dust all furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
- Vacuum rugs, floors, and guest room hallways.
- Clean mirrors, windows, windowsills, walls, light switches, and baseboards.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, tiles, fixtures, and shower curtains.
- Restock towels, washcloths, soap, glasses, stationery, and guest amenities.
- Check lamps and replace burned-out light bulbs.
- Inspect drapes for missing hooks.
- Ensure membership packets, comment cards, room service menus, and phone books are properly placed.
- Check heating and air conditioning units for proper operation.
- Change mattress pads and blankets as needed.
- Wash, dry, and fold laundry.
- Stock storage rooms.
- Report when guest rooms are clean and ready for sale.
Safety & Expectations
- Knowledgeable in maintaining and preserving a wide variety of surfaces.
- Follow all instructions regarding chemicals and cleaning supplies.
- Perform assigned roles during emergency situations.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Additional Responsibilities
- Attend staff meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- One (1) year of comparable experience preferred.
Licenses & Requirements
- None required.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 30 lbs.
- Bend, stoop, kneel, climb, and perform repetitive motions.
- Use ladders when required.
- Potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens or infectious materials.
