Snowmass Club is seeking a Golf Course Equipment Operator to support the daily setup, maintenance, and playability of our course. ⛳ What You’ll Do

Golf Course Operations

• Maintain bunkers daily to ensure exceptional playing conditions

• Repair divots with sand and seed following daily play

• Blow cart paths and keep course surroundings immaculate

• Fly-mow steep bunker faces and edge bunker heads, valve boxes, and paths

• Roll greens to support consistency and performance

• Operate all on-course mowing equipment including fairways, greens, tees, and rough

• Safely operate tractors and heavy-duty golf carts

• Use push mowers and other small equipment as needed

• Remove leaves, grass clippings, debris, and trash

Operational Support

• Assist with irrigation activities as directed

• Promote safe equipment operation and proper course care

• Support emergency response efforts when required

🎓 What You Bring

Experience & Education

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Two (2) years of related golf course, landscaping, or turf maintenance experience preferred

Knowledge & Strengths

• Comfortable operating mowing and turf equipment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused

• Ability to work independently and follow direction

• Bilingual speaking abilities are a plus

💪 Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Frequent lifting, bending, climbing, stooping, and pulling

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs

• Regular exposure to moving mechanical equipment and outdoor weather

• Occasional exposure to wet conditions, extreme temperatures, and electrical equipment
