Job Title: Kitchen Production Staff
Snowie, LLC is looking for a rockstar to join our kitchen staff to help bring our company to the next level. Started in 1978, by brothers Carl and Gordon Rupp, Snowie, LLC has changed the shaved ice industry landscape with new and innovative products that have become the industry standard on a global scale. The advent of the pandemic saw sales skyrocket for Snowie with the introduction of the at-home shaved ice machine and we are planning even bigger and better things for our future!
At Snowie, LLC we produce our own flavors here in house. Our kitchen production staff is responsible for ensuring the quality of the kitchen equipment and inventory, cleaning, setting up and operating, and monitoring the production line. It also includes monitoring product seals, caps, and the general packaging of our line of flavor products. Additionally, kitchen production staff are responsible for ensuring we have product on the shelves, at all times, by utilizing our inventory software.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures the quality of the kitchen equipment and inventory.
- Keeps work stations clean and organized.
- Operates and monitors the production line.
- Monitors seals/caps of each product to ensure proper packaging.
- Ensures that we do not fall behind in inventory and that all shelves are stocked and ready.
- Manages inventory using Odoo.
- Utilizes continuous-improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
- Follows Good Manufacturing Practices and required work-safe practices.
- Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 50lbs regularly.
- Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods and working primarily standing.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Good organization and time management skills
- Existing knowledge of food safety procedures preferred.
- Food handler’s license preferred.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Compensation: $18/hourly (full-time)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 3:30pm
