- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
- Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
- Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
- Conduct services in-person in Maryland on an as-needed basis; remaining sessions can be conducted remotely.
- Participate in virtual team meetings with camera on during virtual supervision and team meetings.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential in Maryland, or ability to obtain one.
- Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable delivering both telehealth and in-person services.
- Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.
