Both parents work demanding schedules (mom hybrid, dad varying day/night shifts) and are looking for someone who brings stability, patience, and genuine care. Their daughter attends school in Missouri City and stays active in gymnastics, tennis, and other activities.

Position Overview
The nanny will provide reliable after-school care, transport the child to activities, and support the family with light household tasks related to the child. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating a calm, structured environment and is excited to build a long-term relationship.
Schedule
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Wednesday: 3:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Saturday: 4 hours between 10:30 AM–2:30 PM or 12:00 PM–4:00 PM (varies)
Key Responsibilities
- School pickup each afternoon
- Drive child to extracurricular activities (gymnastics, tennis, playdates, etc.)
- Provide engagement and age-appropriate play — no weekday screen time
- Support evening routines (snacks/meals, tidying play areas, bath time)
- Maintain a patient, warm, and structured environment
- Daily communication and updates with parents
- Saturday care (4 hours weekly)
- Ensure safety at all times, especially while driving
- Load/unload dishwasher as needed
- Put away the child’s clean, folded laundry
Requirements
- 3 years of professional childcare experience
- Experience with school-aged children
- Reliable, safe personal vehicle
- Clean driving record
- CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to obtain before start date)
- Strong communicator; dependable and punctual
- Comfortable in a faith-based household
- Long-term commitment (2–3 years preferred)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation & Benefits
- $22–$25 per hour, depending on experience
- Guaranteed weekly hours (once schedule is set)
- Paid directly by the family (Direct Hire)

- Additional hours available for candidates seeking more work, including light household management tasks
