What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Sales Associate - Winter 26/27 position at Snowbasin Resort?
SUMMARY:
Seasonal part-time positions available. The winter season runs November through April with the potential of staying on during the summer season. A Retail Sales Associate is a vital team player in taking care of customers in the retail shop in a friendly and professional manner. What will you be doing?
- Cashiering
- Directing customers to products - Informing customers about products
- Answering Customer Questions about all aspects of the Resort
- Straightening and cleaning shop as needed
- Stocking inventory
- Preparing inventory for shop floor
- Dealing with customer service issues
- Must become familiar with all aspects of Snowbasin Resort and Retail products
EQUIPMENT USED:
- Computer/cash register
- May include locker room check-in
- Coffee and Tea set-up and take down as needed, assisting locker holders with problems or issues with their locker. Helping with Early-load mornings.
