We are seeking a Stylist for our 208 Bowery flagship who can translate our brand into a strong client experience and consistently drive sales.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Sales: Actively approach every client, initiate conversation, and confidently guide them to purchase
- Style with Purpose: Provide clear, opinionated styling recommendations that help clients make decisions
- Own the Experience: Deliver a polished, high-touch experience from fitting room to checkout and luxury packaging
- Represent the Brand: Communicate design, fabric, and craftsmanship with confidence and clarity
- Store Operations: Execute opening and closing procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and visually aligned sales floor

- Sales Instinct: Strong selling ability, you know how to close, not just assist
- Professional Image: Polished appearance aligned with the SNOW XUE GAO aesthetic
- Punctual & Prepared: Reliable and consistent; arrives 10 minutes early to ensure the floor is show-ready
- Experience: Previous fashion retail or luxury sales experience preferred
- Physical Stamina: Ability to keep standing and walking around for the duration of a 4-hour shift.
Schedule & Compensation
- Role: 3-month seasonal contract, with potential for extension based on performance
- Schedule: 2–3 shifts per week (4-hour shifts)
- Compensation: $18/hour
