Snow’s Family Market, a family-owned grocery store in Mercer, WI, is hiring an Assistant Front End Manager to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, leading a team, and being part of a friendly, community-focused store, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Support front-end (cashier/checkout) operations
- Supervise and assist front-end team members
- Provide excellent customer service
- Help ensure smooth and efficient daily store operations
- Assist with stocking, cleaning, and general store tasks as needed
- Help maintain a positive, team-oriented environment
What We’re Looking For
- Retail experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and team-oriented
- Friendly, customer-focused attitude
Full Time Pay & Benefits
Pay : $17 - $20 per hour depending on experience
- Up to $2,000 retention bonuses available (performance-based)
- $2.00/hr Sunday premium pay
- $2.00/hr holiday pay
- Paid time off (5 PTO days in first year: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving)
- 1 week paid vacation after 1 year (full-time)
