Outlet Server- Mountain Creek

Location: Vernon, NJ Reporting to: F&B Manager

About Mountain Creek:

Mountain Creek, a four-season resort, offering skiing/snowboarding, bike park, waterpark, weddings, mountain coaster, restaurants, and lodge.

How the Outlet Server works with the Team:

Assist guests with food and beverage selections. Perform credit card transactions to finalize the sale of purchases.

Team Member Responsibilities:

Greet guests in an enthusiastic, professional & timely manner while serving the guests drink and food selections that are consistent with Mountain Creek‘s policies and procedures, & Health Dept. Laws.
Consistently set up, maintain, and break down workstations
Maintain a clean and safe working area
Stock and maintain adequate inventory in designated work station
Perform quick and accurate credit card transactions with our guests
Complete daily opening and closing checklists
Preform end of shift cleaning to standards as directed by management
