Residential House Cleaner - Castle Rock and Surrounding Areas

Snow Maids, LLC is a local trusted and reliable residential cleaning company committed to providing top-quality cleaning services to homes in Castle Rock and the South Denver metro area. We are passionate about ensuring our clients’ homes are spotless, well-maintained, and have the ambiance of a 5 star hotel. We are currently looking for reliable and detail-oriented Residential House Cleaners to join our team as W-2 employees.

Please note this position is part time with the potential to become full time in 60-90 days.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Clean and maintain residential homes, including tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces.
• Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to a high standard.
• Make beds, change linens, and perform additional duties as required.
• Deep Cleanings require cleaning interior of appliances and wet wiping all surfaces inside the house
• Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with clients and your team to ensure all expectations are met.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and represent the company’s values and high standards.
• Adhere to safety procedures and protocols when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in residential cleaning preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies ( physical stamina to clean for long periods of time is required)
• Must have reliable vehicle ( all wheel drive preferred) , a good driving record and a valid Driver's License
• Must be a US Citizen and pass a background check
