Compensation:
- Salary: $55-$65/hr based on experience
- Sign On Bonus $10,000!! (only valid for full time employees, invalid if you received a sign on bonus from any Venza Care facility in the past)

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for speech, language, cognition, and swallowing
- Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Specialize in dysphagia management and cognitive-linguistic rehabilitation
- Educate patients, families, and staff on communication and swallowing strategies
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives in patient care
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Speech Language Pathologist ( SLP ) and ASHA CCC certification in the state of MD
- 2 years of experience in skilled nursing or similar setting (preferred)
- Expertise in dysphagia management and cognitive rehabilitation
- Passion for geriatric care and interdisciplinary collaboration
