What are the responsibilities and job description for the SVP, Business Solutions position at Snow Companies?
The SVP, Business Solutions is responsible for defining and leading Snow Companies’ operational strategy, project management discipline, and delivery models to ensure consistent, high-quality, and compliant client services. This role serves as the executive leader of both Business Solutions and the Project Management function, ensuring that teams are following strict standard business practices and project plans to ensure that the client services delivered by Snow are of the highest quality.
This role provides strategic oversight of delivery performance across all programs, while partnering with the Patient Support Leadership team to translate strategy into scalable execution.
Snow’s business is centered around the patient journey, and the SVP Business Solutions like all positions at Snow must be open, compassionate, and sensitive to the unique life experiences of these patients and caregivers. The SVP Business Solutions must be able to incorporate the unique patient/caregiver experience into the strategies and solutions we provide to our clients.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The SVP, Business Solutions, must be able to perform the following essential duties and functions:
- Define and evolve Snow’s operational model to support scalable, efficient delivery
- Establish standardized workflows, processes, and delivery frameworks across the agency
- Identify and drive operational improvements tied to efficiency, quality, and client experience
- Lead Snow’s internal travel agency, Kare travel
- Supervise Senior Manager, Business Solutions and Directors. Project Management
- Provide strategic oversight of delivery performance across all client programs
- Develop standards for how the team executes for clients by providing coaching and team mentorship
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all employees to promote a harmonious working environment that facilitates positive employee morale, productivity, and continued improvement
- Evaluate Off Shoring opportunities with Omnicom as we continue to identify areas for optimization
Weekend and Night Work:
Although your day-to-day work should primarily take place during regular office hours, there will be occasions when you are required to work late into the evening and/or over the weekend. Candidates selected for the SVP Business Solutions position should have the expectation that the workload and nature of the work will require hours that may extend past the normal business hours of the company. This includes working on the weekends.
Flexibility:
The core business hours that you work may change based on business needs and shifts may change from time to time.
Patient Privacy:
The core of our business is working with patients. It is most likely that you will come in
contact with the Personal Consumer Information (PCI) of patients living with chronic illness. It will be required that you take training courses that include, but are not limited to:
- Snow Policy Training
- Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Training
- Adverse Event (AE) Reporting Training
- U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Training
