We're looking for motivated, coachable individuals who are passionate about helping people and open to learning a new profession. Whether you're already licensed or completely new to the industry, we'll provide the training, mentorship, and support needed to help you succeed.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Meet with individuals and families virtually or in person
• Educate clients on financial protection and wealth-building strategies
• Help clients identify solutions to protect their income, family, and future
• Build meaningful relationships within your community
• Participate in weekly training, coaching, and professional development
• Generate referrals through excellent client service
• Learn proven systems for client acquisition and business growth
• Grow into leadership opportunities if desired

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Professional and dependable
• Passion for helping others
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, education, healthcare, ministry, management, or business is a plus but not required

LICENSING

• Life Insurance License preferred but not required
• Unlicensed candidates are encouraged to apply
• We provide step-by-step guidance through the licensing process
• State licensing fees are paid directly to state-approved providers
• Many applicants earn their license in less than two weeks. There is excellent pre-licensing courses to help you pass your exam the first time!

COMPENSATION

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity.

Compensation is commission-based and varies based on individual effort, activity, and results. There is no cap on earning potential.

Many representatives begin part-time while maintaining another career and transition to full-time as their business grows.
