Snow Atkinson Griess is DTC law firm with a broad commercial practice. We are looking for a Transactional Associate Attorney with 3-6 years’ experience. The position supports partners on a variety of business and transactional matters for individuals and closely held business clients in all areas of business including formation, tax planning, asset management, operations, mergers, and acquisitions.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and revise transactional and corporate documents.
- Conduct legal research, analysis, due diligence investigations, and risk assessments.
- Participate in negotiations and provide practical legal advice and counsel to clients.
- Support partners with high-quality work product
Qualifications:
- Licensed in Colorado (required)
- 3-6 years of transactional legal experience
- Time and project management proficiency
- Pursuit of professional excellence
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Sophisticated critical thinking and analysis skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite; Clio experience a plus
