Position Type: On-call/Casual (Up to 19 hours)
PURPOSE
To provide superior guest service by promptly greeting and welcoming all guests to the Events center, serving and bussing events. Responsible for a high level of guest service with respect to Washington State Liquor Laws and Guidelines.
SUPERVISORY SCOPE

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Banquet Room Setup: Set up the banquet room per the BEO (Banquet Event Order) setup requirements.
- Guest Interaction: Greet guests and answer questions.
- Event Service Excellence: Accountable for providing superior food and beverage service during events.
- Food and Beverage Delivery: Deliver food and beverages to banquet tables, including meals, condiments, and accompaniments.
- Table Maintenance: Pre-bus tables by continuously removing dirty dishes, refilling beverages, and maintaining buffet station(s).
- Post-Service Cleanup: Clean tables and surrounding areas after guests leave.
- Stocking and Cleaning Duties: Complete daily and weekly assigned stocking and cleaning duties.
- Wait Station Sanitation: Clean wait stations, floors, and walls during and after shift.
- Team Support: Provide support to Team Members whenever needed.
- Additional Responsibilities: Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Prior restaurant or guest service experience.
Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, reach and stretch for extended periods of time.
- Ability to perform light lifting, up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to visually observe work area.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English (orally and in writing).
- Ability to memorize.
- Proven knowledge of alcohol service.

Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel exercises Snoqualmie Tribal Member/Native American preference in hiring, in compliance with the Snoqualmie Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO). You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission. Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions. The use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant for positions in any department other than Transportation (Valet, Driver I). DOT panel testing is required for the Driver position.
