Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area.
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Utilize POS systems to manage orders and track guest preferences.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a host or hostess in a restaurant setting
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with food service operations
- Experience with POS systems.
- Background in hospitality and guest relations
- Ability to manage phone etiquette and guest inquiries effectively
