Job Summary: This is a 1.0 FTE long term substitute position for a Spanish 1 and 2 Teacher at Glacier Peak High School. Under the direction of the Principal, responsible for helping to enable each student to pursue his or her education as smoothly and completely as possible in the absence of the regular classroom teacher. Specific responsibilities for this position are as described on the attached job description. This is a temporary position beginning February 4, 2026 through May 8, 2026.

Certificated Substitute Pay Rates:
$215.00 Per Full Day of guest teaching for Snohomish School District
$230.00 For long term assignments (21 consecutive days in the same assignment) *
$260.00 For long term assignments (45 consecutive days in the same assignment) *

Qualifications:

• Valid State of Washington teaching certificate with appropriate endorsement.
• Possess and maintain a valid First Aid and CPR certification for duration of employment with the District when required for position by Board Policy.
