- Paid Hours: 7 hours per day
- Lunch Break: 30-minutes unpaid break
- Calendar: EC Mini Calendar, 133 work days; enjoy time off during spring break, winter break and summer, plus 9 paid holidays.

Be at least eighteen years of age and hold a high school diploma or its equivalent, and meet one (1) of the state qualification pathways listed below:
- Hold an associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university; or
- Have earned 72 quarter credits or 48 semester credits at the 100 level or higher at an accredited college or university; or

Passed one of the following Professional Educator Standards Board approved assessments:
- ETS ParaPro Assessment Score of 455 or higher (https://www.ets.org/parapro)
- Para Pathways Score of 324 in Reading and Writing and Score of 325 in Mathematics
- Pearson Paraprofessional Assessment Score of 220 or higher
- Master Teacher Inc. Paraeducator Training Program Score of 65% or higher
- Upon hire, must complete the Fundamental Course of Study (FCS)-Paraeducator Certificate.
- Ability to meet the qualifications as listed on the job description for this position.
