Job Summary: Under the direction of the Building Administrator, is responsible for performing administrative assistant duties in the daily operations of the school office. Specific responsibilities for this position are as described on the attached job description. This is a temporary leave replacement position beginning February 23, 2026 through October 16, 2026.
Special Duties: Assist high school students and their parents with college and career related information and decisions.
Salary Range: $30.88 - $35.00/hour Level C Office Personnel per 2025-26 Public School Employees Salary Schedule
Above pay rates do not include holiday and pay in lieu of vacation, which increases the hourly compensation.

Work Schedule
- Dates Needed: February 23, 2026 - June 12, 2026 and September 9, 2026 - October 16, 2026 (Dates subject to adjustment.)
- Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
- Paid Hours: 7.5 hours per day
- Lunch Break: 30-minutes unpaid break
- Calendar: 9 months/year (180 days); enjoy time office during spring break, winter break and summer, plus 10 paid holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Business training and/or three years of administrative assistant/secretarial experience including computer literacy, budget analysis or fiscal management and records maintenance.
- Office experience in secondary schools preferred.
- Ability to meet the qualifications as listed on the job description for this position.
