Snohomish Pie Co in Mountlake Terrace is looking for Guest Service Team Members to join our strong 14-person team! We are seeking dependable, hard-working individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Our ideal candidate is friendly, attentive, punctual, and works well with a team.
Pay & Schedule
- Starting wage: $17.13/hour tips
- Tips average $5–$7/hour
- Estimated total earnings: $22–$24/hour
- Approximately 30 hours per week
- 3-4 days per week
- Earliest shift start: 8:00 AM
- Latest shift end: 7:00 PM
- Flexible availability required, including weekdays and weekends

Job Responsibilities
- Greeting customers with a friendly attitude
- Answering customer questions
- Taking customer orders
- Preparing food and orders

- Handling cash and processing payments
- Opening and/or closing duties
- Cleaning and maintaining workspace
- Communicating effectively with team members
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Customer service experience preferred
- Current food handler permit preferred
- Open and flexible availability
